.lsav files are encrypted videos from the same Secret Album. These files are stored in the miui/gallery/cloud/secretAlbum folder on your device with hashed file names like 3e751332435bfad27569ca4efed1b602.lsa.

How to Find Your Encrypted Files

Navigate to the MIUI folder, then Gallery, then cloud, and finally secretAlbum. The full path is miui/gallery/cloud/secretAlbum. Inside this folder you will find files with .lsa and .lsav extensions.
