Traffic is calculated based on the original file size. For example, a 15MB photo will consume 15MB of quota. Each attempt to process the same file counts separately in the quota. Rounding occurs up to the nearest whole number.

All files are securely stored in LSA Decrypt S3. We maintain strict privacy and security standards to protect your data.

Processed files are automatically deleted after 24 hours. You can also delete them manually immediately after downloading by clicking the "Delete from server" button.

For anonymous users, only photos (LSA format) up to 36 MB are allowed; video uploads are not available. Registered users with a zero balance can upload photos up to 48 MB and test videos (LSAV format) up to 2048 MB. For users with a non-zero balance, the limits are increased to 48 MB for photos and 2 GB for videos.

Absolutely. Credits never expire, and you can purchase a larger pack at any time. The new credits are simply added to your existing balance — no data is lost.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and a range of local payment methods depending on your region. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
