Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the online service LSA Decrypt Online for decrypting photos and videos encrypted in MIUI Gallery ("Service"). By accepting this Agreement, you ("User") confirm that you understand and accept all its provisions.

1. General Provisions

  • 1.1. The Service provides Users with the ability to decrypt personal media files encrypted in a format compatible with MIUI Gallery.
  • 1.2. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties from the Service Administration.
  • 1.3. The Service Administration ("Administration") reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time.

2. User Responsibility

  • 2.1. The User confirms legal ownership of all files uploaded to the Service for decryption.
  • 2.2. The User guarantees that the use of the Service complies with the laws of their country of residence and international regulations.
  • 2.3. The User accepts full responsibility for using the Service, including:
    • Compliance with third-party copyrights and property rights
    • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of their data
    • Absence of any actions that may violate the law

3. Limitation of Administration Liability

  • 3.1. The Administration is not responsible for User actions performed using the Service.
  • 3.2. The Administration does not guarantee that the use of the Service does not violate laws in the User's jurisdiction.
  • 3.3. The Administration does not store copies of uploaded or decrypted files and is not responsible for their content.
  • 3.4. The Administration provides no guarantees regarding successful file decryption.

4. Prohibited Actions

  • 4.1. Upload files to the Service that the User has no legal rights to.
  • 4.2. Use the Service for purposes that contradict legislation.
  • 4.3. Distribute or provide access to decrypted files to third parties if this violates the rights of other persons or organizations.

5. Privacy and Data Processing

5.1. File Processing and Storage

  • 5.1.1. All files are processed through secure servers and temporarily stored in DigitalOcean S3 (EU region)
  • 5.1.2. Files are automatically deleted 24 hours after processing
  • 5.1.3. We implement industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest

5.2. Third-Party Services

  • 5.2.1. Google reCAPTCHA is used to prevent abuse of our systems
  • 5.2.2. Stripe and PayPal process all payments securely
  • 5.2.3. Authentication data is stored in secure session cookies

5.3. Data Security

  • 5.3.1. All uploaded and processed files are stored with encryption at rest
  • 5.3.2. Access to files is provided through temporary secure URLs
  • 5.3.3. We maintain audit logs of all processing activities

6. Paid Services

6.1. Credits System

  • 6.1.1. Credits are used as the internal currency for file processing
  • 6.1.2. 1 credit equals 1 MB of processed data
  • 6.1.3. Credits are rounded up to the nearest whole number

6.2. Payment Processing

  • 6.2.1. All payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal
  • 6.2.2. Credits are added to your account immediately after successful payment
  • 6.2.3. Payment information is handled securely by our payment processors

6.3. Refund Policy

  • 6.3.1. Full refund if file decryption fails due to technical issues on our side
  • 6.3.2. No refund for files that cannot be decrypted due to corruption or incorrect format
  • 6.3.3. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

6.4. Credit Validity and Expiration

  • 6.4.1. Credits do not expire once purchased
  • 6.4.2. Unused credits remain valid until used
  • 6.4.3. Credits are non-transferable between accounts

6.5. Processing Guarantees

  • 6.5.1. We do not guarantee successful decryption of all files
  • 6.5.2. Test decryption with sample files is recommended before bulk purchase
  • 6.5.3. Support is provided for technical issues during processing

7. Technical Support

  • 7.1. The Administration provides technical support through the feedback form on the website.
  • 7.2. Response time for inquiries is not guaranteed.
  • 7.3. Technical support is provided only for Service-related issues.

8. Risk Acceptance and Disclaimer

  • 8.1. The User accepts all risks associated with using the Service, including legal responsibility for their actions and possible losses caused by using the Service.
  • 8.2. The User agrees to release the Administration from any claims, lawsuits, or demands related to the use of the Service.

9. Final Provisions

  • 9.1. If any provision of the Agreement is found invalid or illegal, the remaining provisions remain in force.
  • 9.2. The applicable law for this Agreement is determined by the legislation of the country where the Service Administration is registered.
